Excellent turnout. Thanks to Val for organizing and Simon for cooking. I believe that next weekend (December 17 & 18) there is going to be some SCCA racing at the Homestead Speedway and some RX7 will be participating. Is anybody going?

Hello everyone....

We have had a great year this 2005 with my first organized meet back in March at my shop. As you know Its been my purpose and idea to have
an RX7 Club established and from the looks of it will be. I have contracted Carlos Dominguez whom some of you have met in the last couple of meets
and his forum name is "uberRX7Turbo" as our website designer. We have tinkered with several different logos for our club and as i would like it to be
a vote of the majority I can honestly say that there hasnt been that many persons weighing in some opinions and thoughts. There have been a few that have
expressed a genuine interest in having a certain type of design logo but they have fallen assleep. Therefore I am sending this last email pertaining to the logo
for our club design to see if some of you will wake up and start submitting some of those great ideas that i have only heard voiced either on the forum or in a past
meet.

Furthermore, It is imperative that we also start to input information of each person along with 3 photos that should include the following:

It will not turn into another MRCCFL... I spoke to one of the ex- members as well as an ex-officer of that club and they let me know what had happenned. I assure you that will not happen here no matter how much drama there may have been.

Ali, we know you drive a Beemer.... but i could have sworn as I saw you drive away from the meet that it looked like you were in a silver FD ?

My point is.. no matter what you drive currently.. you are still and will always be ROTORHEAD... so I would like for you to be a part of this club... you have some good friends here in this rotary community and it would be a loss if you were not a part of it....

Plus, who would take those great pics that you are so well known for ?

I met Tom there and he did give me 5 bucks and bring the ice as stated above. He had to leave early but i think he showed his support to the club by donating money and ice.

*** A few months ago before the summer Tommy approached me via PM about a car show with all rotaries... I posted this info on the forum and told everyone at the meets that there was a guy in Fort Lauderdale that was putting together a car show and that it may happen at Sunrise Swap Shop...
Well.. you know what happened. ? you never returned my phone calls... you never responded back to my emails about the car show .. in fact you never said anything else about it... so what was i left to do... I had to post and let everyone know that the car show was cancelled because the promoter (Tommy) never followed thru with it and/or let me know the status of it. Not once in 4 months did you even attempt to call me... not even a f****n phone call to let me know otherwise...

With respect to the key chains.. you approached me via PM again because you dont email or call... and even then you didnt even attempt to apologise for the car show fiasco... each time i mentioned it in a PM you wouldnt even touch the subject... why tommy? feeling guilty about something or just not wanting to auntie up to your mistake... in any case .. i went ahead and entertained the thing with the keychains.. it was prior to the Amelia Earhart Meet.. a few days before where you said that you didnt feel that you would have enough time to get tshirts made in order to promote your business. So i suggested to you to send the keychains via UPS ground which anywhere in the state of Florida gets to its destination in one day.. or 24 hours later.... you never responded... so the meet was going to be November 20th... you sent the package out on Monday ,November 21st... a whole 24 hours later after the meet.. one full day after the meet... what was i supposed to do with that ? Make like superman and fly at greater than the speed of light so i can travel back in time so i can give it to the guys at the meet on sunday ? You had suggested that you would take the keychains with you to Amelia Earhart... that is what you said you would do... so dont talk to me about class.. like you have some.. if you had some then the decent thing to do is call that you are not coming. There wasnt even a note in the package... so dont make false claims... your actions speak for you... just like you forgot to send it out on time is just as you forgot to include a note... so what is there to do .. just simply pick up the phone and call ... but i guess you felt you didnt need to do that because the note would have taken care of all that... a few days after the meet at Amelia... a little too late sherlock.

Why didnt you show up ? after I announced to everyone that there would be a Ft Lauderdale business owner that would provide some cool gifts for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd gens.. in fact I even had each person park in their respective generations thinking that you were going to show up... and then what happens.. you were a no show... You didnt even bother to Call Me.. a mere common courtesy call... not a peep from you... so i was there standing having to answer about the reason for having all the 1st gens. 2nd Gens. 3rd gens respectively in order.... "Oh . I'm sorry... I guess the guy Tommy is not going to show up " that is all i could say to the people... you never called.

You send me a PM again a few days later on Wednesday November 23rd, wanting to know if i had given out the keychains on Sunday Nov. 20th.. How could I if you sent it out too late on the Monday, Nov. 21st... Do the math man ... or anyone else who reads this post..

To top it off .. you wrote in your PM asking me if i had seen the news about a man getting hit by a car and if i was able to see your red 1st gen on TV... why would i know to watch the news and look out for that ? I dont understand your way of thinking... I dont even watch TV ... I live in Miami Dade County near Metro Zoo... why would i care about something that happened in BFE Fort Lauderdale ?

Will all the drama of yours .. I tell you that you have an opportunity to redeem yourself and make things right by showing up to the meet and you giving away the key chains... that I was not going to support your business... why should I? You have proven to be unreliable ... undependable... not a man of your word.. i know how you do business the way you do and still manage ... i dont get it.. i find it a bit unfathomable to say the least.

I dont own the people in the club.. i never said I did.. .all i said is that I will not support any of your venues because you have proven to be not a man of your word... not dependable and not reliable... if you ask anyone in this club even the haters... they can always tell you that they always will recieve a call from me.. even the ones that dont like me... they will always get an email from me.. or i will always post.. or I am always there even if my 7 is down... I always show up..whether it be on a Harley Davidson,,, Beat up Honda.. Ford Explorer, or a '93 Ford Aerostar... I will not support you ... plain and simple.. if the members of this club want to go out to your event it will be all on them... i dont live with them and I dont dress them... they can do whatever they want.. the truth is finally out about you... the cards will fall where they lie...
