well we just got back from masins house and the things are not looking very bright right now we couldnt get the flywheel off. So we probably going to ernsts house tonight to see if he can get it off or maybe he has a block laying around that we could use.

We did go to Ernst's last nite, and he was able to get the flywheel off. So we went on and pulled the motor apart while we were there. Ernst looked at it, but couldn't see anything that was blatantly obviously wrong with it. We were expecting warped housings, but he wasn't able to tell right off. So, right now we are awaiting an update from Masin. Masin, have you got any news for us?

Just to clarify things it was 3 rotary nuts driving to a rotary mechanic so he could make us feel stupid . And make me want to rob as bank so i could buy Ernst's car .
Well I think I might go and get that other car hopefully tomorow or atleast see if my wife gives an ok on it since she has not seen it and then it will be a motor puling party at my house only a lot faster since it is stirped down to its basics.

UPDATE ON THE MEET.

The day we will be having the meet (October 22) there will be a beatle car show at Big Daddy's and it is free so we can look around the owner of the drive in sead that he is expecting about 50-80 cars to show up, he will have us some parking space in the back saved up we just cant park in the front thats all. So when any of you come and see a bunch of beatless dont get scared we are still there just in the back of the parking lot on the grass.

You can PM me or call (864) 909-2445 cell if you have any questions what so ever about the meet.

Is this just for the upstate S.C. folks or can I go? I'm in the Charleston area and relatively new to the Rx7 scene and would drive up there to meet other owners. So yeah, barring an unforseen commitment, count me in for the 22nd.

Guys, I'm coming. I have a Haltech installation this Saturday and on Sunday I have to go get another customer's car up and running but I'm currently open for the 22nd. Gas mileage be damned! LOL.

Now I guess I actually need to clean up the car somewhat. Heh.

Reese
