10thAnnual "Churrazco Meet" @ Markham Park Saturday Nov. 1st @ 1 PM

10thAnnual Rotary Meet at Markham Park. Bring freinds and family. Most important, bring a rotary powered car or a previously rotary powered car with a different powerplant (We Don’t discriminate….we may not like it, but we will still give you love) . if you don't have a rotary powered car and love rotary's this event is for you. Everyone is welcome. No food or drinks will be served. Please bring your own food and drink to the park or eat and drink before you get there.

This is the biggest Rotary Powered Vehicle Meet in South Florida. I don't know of any other this size. We usually have between 50-70 cars.

CARAVAN INFO: like we do every year, we are gonna meet up at the corner of 183rd & 87th ave. just off of miami gardens exit theres a carrabbas grill, Sedanos, and BP (for landmarks) between 11-12 as for the lower soFla boys like myself and some others, we are meeting up at the shell gas station on 104th across from miami-dade college in kendall. between 10-11ish.

 

I will be there with a couple of friends, my TII and an RX2…I see what else I can bring

Simon I had a question I was thinking why don't we all Park By Generations , 1st,2nd,3rd RX-7 then Old schools and then a Section for Rotary Powered cars , then Rotary Cars with Piston engines . I Think it will look more organized and kinda neat to see them in groups.
Just thinking out loud.

 

it would be, but not everyone shows up at the same time. most guys just trickle in.

 

Yea I know I was their last year . If we have signs left for 1st gens and right for etc (examples ) and someone directing or anyone directing it should be simple or a map and post it in FB and here we should all be familiar once we see a map.

That works well but unless we have Dave....aka the "parking pitbull" it will never work.....unless you want to direct traffic all day. Only bad part about directing traffic is that you dont get to enjoy the show as much.

So true I've help on Many event since I been a kid in car shows and thats the worst we cant enjoy the show .
