Here are some pics of the completed radiator setup mounted in the car.
Yeah, price would be a factor, but even at $2000 it would be the cheapest kit on the market hands down.

How much would you charge for just the radiator/brackets/hoses? not even worth it because the IC would be a small fraction of the cost?

Its not a cheap setup for the radiator. If someone sends their radiator to us we can modify it for $400. It would be $769 to purchase a koyo with modifications.

Outstanding! Right in time too! Once I'm done paying off my single set up, gonna definately swoop up on this. Hopefully by then, you'll have the bugs all worked out. Was worried I was going to be waiting on Ramy's kit for who-knows-how-long. No offense to him, just that you've proved to be mighty productive on this. Can't wait to see the final product. Nice one, Jason!

Here are some updated pics. I think this is going to turn out really well. We should have a completed intercooler later today. For those that already have a Greddy front mount, you can send us your Intercooler/ radiator and we will turn it into a V mount.
The nice thing about using the Greddy intercooler is it comes with the piping, so we dont have to fabricate that and it keeps the cost down. We are working on a solution to mount a PC680 behind the intercooler on the crossbrace.

I used a Bell Intercoolers intercooler for my kit. I think my cooler cost about $675, obviously size matters. They did a really good job though and were very easy to work with.

Here are some completed pictures. Only issue with this setup is its up to the buyer to run the AC. There isnt room for the condensor in the stock location, but looks like it can be relocated between the intercooler and radiator. Im guessing most people that buy this setup dont run the A/C anyway.
We can modify the intercooler for either the stock twins or single turbo.

Jason, now seeing the pictures in which you re-did the end take inlets and outlets, looks amazing! Very well done, I look forward to seeing the smaller version!

looks great!. i noticed the way this greddy IC is layed out, its perfect to do single turbo piping like the Apexi D1 FD. but i understand this way it's one setup fits all.

Looks a lot cleaner now. Less bends.

Looks like you just cut the end tanks and re-clocked em.

Yeah I caught that bit, I was asking how much a kit sans intercooler would be, if it's only going to be $769 sign me up! .

Pricing on the kit is $1550. That includes the intercooler, piping, radiator and mounting hardware.
If someone sends me their FMIC and radiator for modification then its $650.

For just the modified radiator its $769 or $400 if you provide the radiator.

Any chance you would be able to modify the Fluidyne to work with this kit?

jason,
why not just a straight shot to the IC from the turbo outlet? it seems like wasted piping to go around the t-stat housing.

That is just the way the XS Engineering Turbo kit is setup. Typically we would just go straight to the turbo, but the way its routed is similar to how we would do it for a stock twin car.

So $400 to modify the radiator, what about the mounting for the IC? What we be the total cost if I just use my greddy ic and koyo rad? Single turbo, T-78

Any thoughts of doing something like this for the 20B and single turbo?
