Have you tried to contact us about this?

All of the clutches we sell are new and we dont open the boxes prior to shipping them. Actually most of them are dropshipped from our distributer and we dont even see them prior to shipping.

Send me the pic of the disk and if there is an issue it will be replaced.
If one is used it will be obvious. Not just a couple scratches on it.

Hard to tell from your pic as its still in the wrapper

Jason

We can't even see the surface of it. You need to take a clearer picture. Also, you need to take off the wrapper. Maybe the scratches are on the wrapper.

The scratchers are clearly on the surface you can feel them by running your finger over top of it. I didnt wanna take it out of the wrapper because i didnt wanna be at fault for damage and not get my money back. It wont let me post a bigger and better picture because of the size any ideas?

That picture sucks *** but are you talking about those copper colored lines on the disc? Isnt that what all clutches look like when new? Looks normal to me.

If the clutch was sealed i dont see why Rx7store.net is the one to blame. If its factory sealed means it hasnt been open from the seller.

Jason is a very reasonable guy and he would find a sollution for your problem

The picture is terrible but it looks like a normal, new clutch disk to me.

Dude, have you ever bought an aftermarket clutch before or is this your first one?

I would bet good money that the clutch disk surface is exactly as it is supposed to be. Even the stock disk (when new) has many "scratches". It is part of the design of the friction material.

Also, Post a clear picture, ask if this is normal, and if it isn't.. start bitching. Otherwise, you are looking like an *** hat before you even know what you are talking about. Damn thing is still in the friggin plastic. lol Show some tact.

"clearly used and scratched up"

Learn... Then Speak.

That's most likely an organic disc.....if so, it's *supposed* to look like that.

lol don't slap yourself to hard when you figure it out.
A simple "oops my mistake" will probably suffice once you admit to it not being used and looking just like it should.

Another thumbs up for Jason and RX7store from me as well.

It would be good if a mod could move this to my subforum or delete it. I will work with the customer on resolving this if there is an issue.

Thanks
