where can I find the mitsubishi eclipse commercial that make the FD bow? I heard that they also made one where the rx7 laughs instead of bows. tried looking for it in youtube, yahoo, google, cant find it. can anyone point me to where I can find it?

 

Just search eclipse commercial on youtube... I still have the gif of the FD laughing at the eclipse somewhere in my harddrive. I'll post it up for you when i find it later .

Haha, it's not that easy to find when you have a RX7 specific folder with almost 4 gigs worth of 6000+ files... I'll post it when i find it (hopefully tonight)...

I was really angry when I saw the commercial few years ago.

 

yea im sure alot of Rx-7 owners, especially FD owners were, I just laughed my *** off at how ridiculous (sp?) it was and that mitsu had the ***** to make a commercial like that

 

Most of the DSM owners at the DSM forums agreed that the eclipse is no match for the FD in terms of performance... But there are always a few ignorant squirrel brains that disagrees.

 

You shouldnt be. The bow is a sign of respect not subordination.

 

if thats the case....they are actually really respecting the fd. They chose a superior car to show that even it gives the eclipse "the nod". hmmm, interesting, that puts it in a totally different perspective

I was so pissed that I went to mitsubitchi and pretended I was buying a car, I was in my 7 btw, and proceeded to **** with the salesman. Long story short he wouldn't race me.
