Angry Stupid woman ran a red light
With my digi cam on as always when I driving, I caught a moron ran a red light

Perhaps maybe a new driver. And judging from the time of day, that person was probably disoriented. Regardless the reason, she should have been more aware, because all it takes is that one time and a life could be taken.

Yes, that's Chicago. About two block passed Top Speed.
