Thats was a warm up lap the skyline wasnt even on it like it could have been. And at that level of compatition everyone is pretty fairlly matched it just comes down to driver theres no way he would have passed him that quick on the straights especially a full race viper i dont care how biult the skylines motor is the only advantage it would have would be in the corners Viper would be out on the straights. Good video though reminds me of playing Grand Tourismo lol.

I agree with twomuc,
Skylines on they first lap very hard to beat, but after that weight on the front eats the brakes like gummy bears. I don't think it matters with a well tuned GTR even if its a full race viper or not, that just my opinion. And don't forget the R34's ATTESA ET-S with active LSD.

 

The Viper was driving VERY slow; if you've never watched one of those races the Vipers usually destoy the Skyline.

what a ricer fly-by... u can tell the viper was barely even on it as the skyline came outta the last corner... when he passes him u can here the viper shift... and i swear its like a 4k rpm shift... nowhere near what it would be if he was goin full out....
