ahaaaa! now i see why the cosmo was never sent here...it was unable to pass U.S. exploding bumper standards....sure they got the impact level right as indicated by the fact that a porta-potty has enough mass to set it off,but it took at least 3 seconds too long for the flammable licence plate to ignite the explosive fuel cell....hope they inmproved that in my car!

C'mon now. That is obviously from the Japanese Smokey and the Bandit. Think about it. A guy and a hot chick in a sports car being chased by a bunch of cops, only to get away from all of them except one. That guy eventually gets the top of his car torn off and chases them in a convertable. The only thing missing is the sheriff's inbred son.

 

This rules! Makes me want to watch the whole movie. Hey with a 50/50 weight balance shouldnt the car have landed on all 4's rather than the nose, in theory? Next time I jump mine, Ill post the results hahah.
