Thats stupid, if the bike would have rev'd up he would have smoked him, you can hear how low in the rpms he was, that bike redlines to 15k rpm, he was around 4, bikes power curve look completly different from the rx, given the bikes abilities he would have killed that car. The only thing that rx could have ever done was see it go by after getting the initial jump on the bike.

**this isnt a kill

is your bike stock? 'cause I doubt it. every year the 600's close the speed gap a bit on the liter bikes.

Not

Not sayin I'm the man but, I smoked MANY bikes even when I had the stock turbos. After that I had a t60 and smoked a pack of 750s and 2 1000s on the highway. 170MPH!!!!!!! Damn those rotaries!

yea genious, a motorcycle in 2nd gear has hmmm a wooping 13k rpm left to go, hmm I wonder where he is in the powercurve at that time, a roll on is about as stupid a race as you can come up with against ANY motorcycle. Pretty much any car against any race series (r6's, rr's, zxrr's) 600 or 1000 cc bike will get killed, retarted roll on at freeway speed just shows how difficult it is to ride a motorcycle fast, a 2006 gsx 1000 hits 112 mph in first gear, you try and calc which gear and how much rev to give to max your acceleration and not wheelie over, most people underpower or overpower, this is far easier in a car.

I have that bike. 2nd gear would do fine from there, but it didn't sound like he was shifting at the right time, 2nd to 3rd at least. I would like to see a re-match from at least 40mph, and list mods for both machines.

my cbr only has a slip-on exhaust and is in the mid 11's w/ a 2.0 60'.

that was sweet but the bike was keeping up from the sound of it. when it said "look in the mirror" the bike suddenly got left. thats when you can see headlights coming in the lane he was in right before the transition fading the video out. lol.

Thats a lie if I ever heard a lie. Dont get me wrong but I have a 04 R1, and a 04 Honda RC51, both of which tops out a 180+ if the bike truly raced you in their power band like your were then they would of smoked you hands down, but if they were rolling from 5 gear- 6th gear then they werent in the powerband and if you passed them i want to see your car cuz my R1 will hit 150 in 5th gear on the highway and thats just rolling the throttle but its still way faster than many cars out there.

FD vs Ducati 748

Sure you can say rider error- but it's still a win.

That ducati is equivlant to a 550cc inline motorcycle it made for track. ie twisties in a straight line any 600cc inline will smoke that duc. So you pretty much took candy from a baby. good kill....
