For some reason I can't watch it at work but if it's the one I'm thinking of, it's on the Options CD that came with Super Street several months back. It doesn't show the whole movie from the AutoSelect car but the race from several different cars. It shows the meet in the beginning where Isami Amemiya shows up right? They were all waiting for him to get there before they took off. And one Supra showed up, I think Orido-san was driving it.

 

guys look around for a rip of the SuperStreet option DVD. It has the complete footage from the meet and run, and its all in english subtitles. If you notice the camera guys laughin the whole time at the meet because hes rippin on everyone lol

^I thought that was the one. That whole DVD is pretty good. I got the second DVD they put out with the magazine too but haven't watched it yet. I didn't think any DVD they put in with a mag would be that good, I was pleasantly suprised.

 

I am so insanely jealous of the cars these guys have. Man can they move!

They do this run right after they pass a photo radar station. RE Amemyia won the cannonball. He was the driver as well! Orido brought his own Supra. Tarzan Yamada was one of the drivers as well. It is part of a Superstreet Option DVD.

^I think you're talking about the convertible FD. On the DVD that came with Super Street they guy was making fun of him for his car looking stupid. I think it looked stupid too. I'd take any one of the other FDs though.

Are you joking or serious? They have those all over the expressways over there. If you're speeding it takes your picture, like in some places here in the U.S. if you run a red light. They put those things certain distances apart from each other, several on one expressway. That's why on alot of Japanese road cars you'll see the license plate turned down, so the camera can't get a pic of it.

 

Sorry but you are wrong. RE Amemiya came in 2nd. AutoSelects FD won the cannonball run by a large margian. Watch the video again and the one I posted.
