This car has STEEL front guards that are airbrushed to look like carbon fibre and the same on the rear quarters. The rear bumper is standard and the front spoiler is fibreglass.
I did make in carbon fibre for this car the
Doors
Rear hatch
rear wing and mounts
head light covers
side vents in front guards
Dash
faulse floors panels
fuel tank

I didn't make the front spoiler or the bonnet and I haven't had anyone that has the money to make these want them.

I love the carbon fiber bursting out of the sheet metal motif. It's great. And the wheels and wheel flares look very much like the RE Amemiya JGTC FD

In what class does it compete? Any more info, hp, tire and wheel sizes, how it compares to other car's in it's class, etc?

No it is not mine, it is one of my customers cars.
The customer did his own body work modifications to the flares and he did it all in steel and he was limited to the rules for the class he races it in. A wide body kit would not be eligible to race in that class.
This car has a Hollinger 6 speed dog box and a Harrop 9" independent rear end running a 13B with plenty of HP (he wants it kept a secret how much HP) and in that trim under 2400lb.
In the Sports Production class he races in there are ford cobras replicas, porsche GT3 cup cars. lotus, BMW and this little old RX7 is very competative.
