Regardless of it being available for download, the rights are still owned by Damian. You get free local TV, but it's illegal to rebroadcast it without permission.

I just want to add that I dont have any issue with people spreading my vids around, that is why i make them, however, using them in a situation where it is leveraged for monetary gain or incentive to register for some website or ANY commercial situation...is unacceptable without asking me first. :-)

Unless there is another Orange Gallardo in MN I know who this is. He cruises down University on Friday nights. Everyone with an engine tries to chase him. There was a 400 WHP Honda Civic EG6 which went after him one time, never came back though
