Aim requires that they be 80x80 I believe and small in file size..that is a HUGE file for such a small pic for obvious reasons.

Front page is the hard way, and you have to have FP. Far easier to just go to file save as and the .swf file will be saved into the folder it creates next to the .html

BTW FP is M$ web page designer it kinda sucks and comes with the office suites.

i think someone should put those links together and make it a sticky for the new rx owners to understand how they work instead of posting and asking how they work... and maybe someone who can read japanese to translate even though you know what they are talking about
