Did the FD pull in the end or did the z06 let off or brake?

 

Dosent even look like a race to me, just going back and forth on the throttle, you can't seriously call that a kill.

 

the z06 braked, you can tell from the tail lights

im wondering was the first race against the z06 legit because the FD walked it but in the second one, the z06 got the jump and the FD didnt catch up..what was done to that z06?

 

the first race the fd won...they went from a 3 honk and you can hear both cars get into it. I am not sure on the second round.

If you watched the video with the supra, the supra won. I believe they went all the way up to 160 and the supra was 2-3 cars ahead

 

All the guy said was bolt on Z06 so I am not to sure

yeah i saw that, that supra is a beast like always..im used to seeing them dominating..i thought this fast FD will take it but i guess not lol

looks like the vette got the jump on #2 but the 7 was closing when the vette let out.. nice vid.. get that thing tuned..

 

first vid kinda sucked, need to go longer and see who actually wins, not just "my bumper was almost in front of your car, im done"

wheres the supra from? anyone know that guy with the supra? Ill run em w/ my fd and get it on video. If hes anywhere near jersey and anyone knows him, we'll have to set sumthn up

 

wow, how'd u guys find these? haha pretty funny that someone from cali posted these i'm friends with all the cars in those vids, they took place in buffalo, ny........ yes the z06 was racing, and on the 2nd one he got a HUGE jump then they hit the brakes coming into the turn. the supra is single turbo and puts down 545whp on 93 octane, the rx7 puts down 403whp on pump, and the z06 has never been dyno'd.

 

ok so a lil more info for you guys....... there will be more video coming this weekend with a rematch between the z06 and rx7 on a straight road so that theres no confusion. also the owner of the z06 wasn't driving his car in that vid, another reason for the rematch. the only mod the '02 z06 has is an axleback. stay tuned for new footage......

That's what I thought.. The vette won't stand a chance w/ just that mod.. Unless The FD has serious driver error. I knew he pulled early on #2 run..

 

it doesn't look like the supra was ahead of the 7 at all until the 7 slowed down so the supra didnt rear end the truck in its lane... the 7 brakes first and then the supra cuts in front of the 7
