Pennsylvania has an ugly plate. They have their state website advertised at the bottom?

my FD is insured as a low millage vehicle so its actually emissions exempt. i just have to keep it under 5000 a year which no problem.

this way it only cost me 491 a year to insure.

Full coverage? or basic legal insurance? I wonder if CALI has something similar.

Yes, that's the plan. I'm sure are some pro's to living in California, I just can't think of any

$600K for a little tiny house, I don't think so.

weather cannot be beaten.

Scenery is awesome.

That's all I can come up with.

If you know the right people then emissions isn't that big of a deal. Housing IS kinda pricey but it goes with the economy. I expect prices to drop or at least stabilize in the next few years. But it's kinda sad that those are the only Pro's I could come up with.

Here, we tried out emissions laws a few years ago. Yeah, that lasted a whole 9 years and then they decided, "nevermind."

Then again, I pay $250 a month for basic liability for my truck. Pro's and Con's I guess.
