Ok so the guy that had my TII before me did a complete hack job on the radio harness causing me to wire everything myself. Problem, now the illimination for my deck is on even with the keys out of the ignition!
How can i fix this? Thanks!

 

You're going to need a Volt-meter. You need to find a wire that's not on while the ignition is off, and is on while the ignition is on. It can be a PITA without a manual to go by. But once you find that wire, just splice into it and problem should be solved.
