I saw that video it was a completely ridiculous portrayal. It's supposed to be a video about underground street racing, instead the entire video all they show is police fighting with thugs crashing their expeditions into trees because they just got out of a party completely hammered. Then they pose them off as if they were eluding cops after street racing causing accidents.

 

There's a VR FD at 44:39. Brief shot. Best thing about the video, though. LOL

 

Instead of investing all their time and money in this police operation why not build a local track to where all these guys and gals can go and race legally.
I guess that would make too much sense...
