My first PHOTOSHOOT (with the FD)

I'm still blown away at how far simple point-and-shoot cameras have come. I had one of the very first mass-marketed digital cameras... it was the size of a book and could take 640x480 max resolution (and no flash, of course).

I borrowed my brother's Canon PowerShot SX110-IS to snap a few photos at a man made lake near me. The camera is 9MP and has lots of manual adjustments. I did a little bit of googling on "photography tips" and a few of the tips really paid off. I think the shoot went well for a first-timer. Digitally removing the front license plate was the most tedious but very little post production fooling aside from that.

Here are a few shots, for the rest - visit my picasa album here: http://picasaweb.google.com/10707624...eat=directlink

They're 0.6" taller than stock size, and 0.1" taller than the fronts.

lol i think he was being sarcastic.

The rear tires are freaking wide as hell.

Unless he was talking about the front tires? Cause they do seem skinny. Or your wheel offset for the front is higher than usual and/or for your setup.

But the FD looks great. Canon really makes good cameras. I would choose a canon over nikon any day of the week.
