My FC while doing some side work!

I was shooting pictures for a friend's mom today at a house that her company was working with for a model home. It was a fully furnished house that was just badass! After I finished up I backed my FC into the driveway for some pretty cool shots in my opinion. Here are some of the house (artsy ones I know) and the last are my Rx-7. Just thought I would throw these up for ***** and giggles. Thanks for looking!

Love the shot of the water drops on that plant. I wish i were as creative with angles(perspective) as you. The shot of the staircase is really nice and not something you'd normally see.

As i've mentioned before, that's a REALLY clean car!

Definitely some great work. I wish I were halfway talented when it came to taking pictures.

Wow, seems like nobody can even take a joke these days. I thought the smiley was enough, but apparently not.

The composition on the non car photos makes it seem very cluttered. There is no real focus in the picture, and the eye is drawn to every part of the picture. It's difficult to tell what the photographer intends for the viewer to focus on. This is mitigated with the well focused shot with the leaves, but it is very apparent in the other pictures. There needs to be a primary focus and the photo needs to be broken up into parts in order to help the reader focus even more on the subject in question.

If there is one thing that the house shots do well, the lighting seems to be very good. It's difficult to shoot interiors on a cloudy day, since things usually like to come out over/under exposed. However, the pictures actually have a good amount of light, while still giving off that rainy day "mood."

I'm not going to say they are amazing shots, because I don't think that they are. However, everyone starts somewhere, and it seems like you have pretty decent equipment. The only thing to do is keep shooting. It would definitely benefit you to visit a photo forum and look around for tips and see how others do their work. I'm not going to post any photos in here that I find to be "great" shots because they will derail the thread from the original poster's work.

I don't claim to be the greatest photographer, but I have enough experience with photography to know what is good, what has potential, etc. If you really want to find some photo forums and develop your skill, then feel free to pm me, if you don't feel that I'm a "dick."

I gave constructive criticism, and offered to help an aspiring photographer. If you want to keep e-thugging me, that's fine, but I didn't mean to crap on his thread. I merely stated my opinion.
