Well, I haven't, but seen plenty of other cars with bags. The advantage of bags is being able to slam the ride when not being used, and able to raise it for actually driving. Its a nice thing to have, but ride quality is going to be non-existant. Just think about it, your camber is going to be off all the time. You will never have a properly aligned car. If strictly for show, yeah, its very nice. As a car you drive on even a semi-regular basis, not very practical or good.

Show cars are the ****! I got 13 tv's in my honda crx and a cai and some exhaust and a metric ton of stickers. All show no go all day 4evr!!!11!!1

im not putting stickers all over it im doing simple body mods and its not all show its a s5 13bt bridge port i just need a few more parts to get it running and ive never seen a rx7 show car "second gen" were im at so it would be different

With me this is the way I see it, I like showcars but when you do stupid things like Lambo doors "no offense to anybody that has it here", 20 Tv's, A bunch of video game consoles, a bed, a fishtank a 42 inch plasma and etc....then it is stupid.

But a well built car with tastefull mods and without all the stupid stuff is what a showcar is to me.

 

90% of the cars on here are ruined.
nothings fresh.

who would garage their cars as soon as they smash aero
and scrape body panels.

 

Well one thing adds up, taking the heaviest RX and adding a heavier suspension.

 

I wouldn't say ruined, although it is sad that a lot of them don't get driven hard. Then again that goes back to the fact that most Americans buy sports cars to baby them and every once in a while open them up. Its a shame but I don't see what this has to do with making it a "showcar". Either baby it and keep it clean or drive the **** out of it. If you want a "showcar" with TVs and **** do it to a luxury car not a sports car. The idea of looking at cars with big body kits and **** that don't even get driven on the street let alone driven hard is stupid as hell. I guess some people like the attention

dude, im right there with you. **** all these haters and stuff, it gets old. personally, im doing a full fiberglass system in my car, tv and ps2, air bag suspension eventually. pretty much, all the dudes on this forum will tell you "t2 swap, stand alone, light wheels, high performance tires, coil overs, and mazdaspeed w/e"

Thats because most people buy sports cars to go fast. If I wanted to play PS2 and watch TV I'd sit my *** at home. When you go to your local motorsports events (drag/autox/roadcourse) and outperform newer cars that cost 3x as much as yours thats representing RX7s. You might as well sign your **** up on MTV and let Xzibit pimp it out

pimp my ride is such a funny *** show, but they put the dumbest **** in cars. watch xibits face half the time. priceless. and who says i dont represent rx7's? i just do it with a little style, thats all.

I say slam the **** out of the car with airbags, a fresh bodykit with nice paint, no stickers though! Then throw on some wheels with a deeeep lip and make em super flush. The car could look real nice man, good luck!
