It is an older Tommykaira of some sort. I forget the name.
The Scoot headlights are a one off Koseki made for his car alone, and are not intended for sale. He painted the housings silver to black for contrast.

amazing pics and trip bro.. like everyone else i'm dying from envy.. a real dream come true..
I have a couple Q's for u about the Scoot if u don't mind..
What was the redline?
what does it feel like around town? it appears the car doesn't like partial throttle very much.. bucking and jerking...seems to like WOT only..
what is the power band like? peaky and revs up.. or does it have low end grunt?
what's the car like from 1st gear? does it zip thru all the gears fast? cuz it seems like the gear ratio is very long.. doesn't finish the gears very quickly...
does the car stall cuz the flywheel is too light and the revs drop too fast? or tuning quirks?

I have many more coming up, but these 4 were converted and uploaded so far, along with the main wangan video. The reason the car stalls is because the car idles on 2 rotors, and past 4000 RPMS, 4 rotors engage. The car has 2 power FCs. When you get the revs up, and when it comes back down, there is a fuel cut so it doesnt waste gas, very gentle accelerator control is needed so it doesnt stall. I was still trying to figure it out lol.
Ottoman- Your last question is answered in the post.

The car does not mind partial throttle and loves input.
It right now using the original FD 5 speed transmission right now, so the gearing is not set for the engine. It used to occasionally run a sequential transmission which felt much better as far as revving it up goes.
Car feels very linear, a lot of good low end pull and good top end too. Not as fast or peaky as say a 900 hp supra though. Top speed is not yet that high.
The main thing that makes this car very hard to drive is the way its setup. While it would be easy for koseki to hook up the engine and tune it on a motec and call it a day, as said, it is an R and D engine. That is why he still left it hooked up to the twin power FC Setup (ease of tuning, and changing settings). It idles on 2 rotors mainly for the reason of ease of drivability and lower fuel consumption around town, past 4000 rpms all 4 rotors engage. When the rpms drop when driving around town or after racing/revving, there is a fuel cut. That is why if just a wee little bit of gas is not given at the right timing, the engine likes to stall, even with koseki driving it. It is just the way it is right now.

There was that R magic staff jacket that i got as a gift, a ton of catalogues/magazines. I shipped out 1 - 2 parts for friends, and a Radar/Laser detector device for me. I got 3 car models too. No crazy car parts yet. lol
