Looks like it's from the early 90s. A young Keichi Tsuchiya is in it...didn't know he acted as well?

 

its from the Shuto Kousku series, the guy with the FD crashed his FC in a different episode while racing the skyline.. this is his return with a new car(fd)

 

^ yea it from the 5th one, but here in the U.S. it was called Freeway Speedway: Megalopolis Expressway Trial but later changed to Tokyo Speedway which is what I have. I got mine through Amazon last year, its only about $30 with shipping. Tsuchiya is in all of them except the 1st. It is definitely worth picking up a copy if you can find it
