Hood sits high,is there a fix?

My scoot hood(vis replica) sits a liitle high on the drivers side,ie you can see a gap from the side of the car,is there a fix or some kind of mechanism that would "pull" it down flush with the wing? Hood pins would do the trick but I want to be subtle, ideas?

Unfortunately the 2 points of contact the hinge and the rubber stop are ajusted a little lower already to cheat it a bit.
I,m sure there is some kind of way to pull it down 5 millameters in the center of those 2 points so it sits flush? like a hood pin but without drilling through the top side, something that would attach underneath would be perfect.
Still thinking...

I loosened off the 2 bolts and moved the hood back and it sits mutch better it seems that in my rush to ajust and allighn everything the hood would pitch on the hood latch and rise up
