THat sucks big time. Thank god for the dude recording, he can use this to the FD's owners favor. Just in case the other guy tries to lie.

U do not know how bad i would want to kill the other guy....

a car that sells for 20,000$ and the insurance will give him 4,000$

i've been through the same situation - same thing.

btw, $4k payout? I dont think so... the wrecked FD of mine has/has 180k+ miles on it and i was paid full book price for the car.
