the car is made of carbon composites...... several times stronger than steel? only in terms of TENSILE strength..... IMPACT strength is a different story. that front end of the body would have shattered if it hit anything harder than a pillow.

no living creature that has been hit by a moving vehicle that was moving at any speed would simply ricochet into the air.

you would more likely see limbs flinging about and SOME evidence of blood spatter from such a force.
