if the first one is an FD i dont "mind it" but i would deffinately drive that second one... i like the TVR headlights it has going on.....

First one is a joke, the second is a..wanna be skyline R34? If they redesigned the rear, it would be better, and modify the front to make it its "own"

 

As you can see, the 2nd one is a FEED bodied FD. As for looking like an R34, what are you smokin'? What part of it looks like an R34? The circles on the taillights? The rear looks a little like the one on the Scoot 4 rotor.
