yeah there's a how to use the forum section. the file ur trying to attach is probably too big. but it should say if that is the problem.

 

go to photobucket.com and make an account, its free. Add the pictures u want to post. Then under the pic there will be an img link that's what u paste in your message.

 

Yep, acekid's got the ticket. Right click and check the properties on this pic, it should show you the photobucket address. The html formatting is add [img] before the address and [/img] after. Photo should appear:
