flying for sure, but for comparison, the hison ls1/fd went 9.3 at 145ish (i think) on 680rwhp i beleive some time ago. Dont make sense to me on how its that much of an ET difference with the same RWHP. The 60ft as posted above was very good for sure. I forgot the hinson car's 60ft for that ET, i wanna say it was in the 1.4's as well... :shrugs: Auto tho, that could be the magic maker there. Considering at a 10.00's pass shifting 4 gears, you shift every 1.58 seconds or so from 1st to 2nd and then prolly 2.5 secs 2nd to 3rd!!!
imagine the 4.77 rear end!!! :O

the easy explanation is the hinson car runs a built auto with a transbrake and all.....its much easier to cut good e.t's with a built auto vs rowing your own gears...

I'd say its more likely due to wheel spin.

If he is indeed running street tires, its somewhat understandable however judging how he was literally EVERYWHERE on teh track, i would say has no where near some skill at drag racing.

i dont really feel like going in2 details........it has less 2 do with wheel spin then you think.but its simple enough if you wanna go down the 1/4 as fast as possible and utilize ALL of your power you swap in a built auto..
