exactly, it wasnt an all out whatever goes turbo vs whatever goes n/a
they had to make this battle competetive and fair and they did a good job..it was a great matchup..
It kinda comes across odd to have a NA vs Turbo where the NA cars can do anything but add a power-adder and the turbo cars are forced to have their radio, ac and are limited by their tires on a circut track!

When you are at that limit of adhesion, the last thing you want to help you go faster is to upset the balance of the car and therefore make the car twitchy.
Unless you were left foot braking, then the response and the linearity (perhaps a bad choice of a word?) of power from NA engines will help equalize the comparisons and competition between turbo and NA cars.
