For people who reside in Brooklyn, NY..
It's the only piece of road that can be used to do time trial's. I use it to test my suspension. There are a few straights where I've been able to achieve speed's of 110mph (but I'm sure I can go faster).
I'm some what reminded of the mountain passes of Akagi from Initial D-

It's about 4.5 miles from start to finish (maybe longer).

 

At least if you crash you're not far from the cemetary.

Seriously though, I love the Jackie Robinson as long as its dry but you never know when traffic might be stopped right around one of the blind turns so dont go too fast.
