I have posted this in the 1st Gen specific section but maybe someone here has the info I need.

I need advice on removing the factory stereo with graphic equalizer, my car interior is perfect but sat for 10 years so I dont want to force something and break the trim. Please help.

sure i will help pull shifter cover out and remove two scews remove or pull a/c or heater **** and remove the nuts around the shafts an it's out ok thats all
