Zeitronix wideband linear output problem

I got my wideband linear wire hooked up into the pin 3f and I setit up in the palm with 2*volt+9.6 ehich is what most wideband uses from what ive read and even the zeitronix uses that formula. But the reading differs from what my lcd screen for my wideband is saying. If it is showing 11.5 on the lcd, the palm is reading 12.3 or around there.

Ive had this problem simce getting the rtek 2.1 for s5 but it doesny bother me much since I datalog off the zeitronix also but I wad wondering if anybody has any opinions on fixing this. If I change the offset wouldnt it be more inaccurate at high and low numbers?

Did you disconnect the original 3F wire from the ECU?
Did you ground the zeitronix controller to the ECU ground near the ECU?
Are you using "vampire" taps...the ones you clamp around a wire and it forces the wire into a metal V to make contact?

There wasnt a pin in the 3f location, I had to repin it.
Im not sure where I grounded it, I will check tomorrow after work.
All my wire connections on the wideband are done using butt connectors, and bullet plugs if if its a sensor wire. Ground wire are crimped with ring terminals.

My 3f pin is wired directly from the zetronix 5v output wire to the ecu since the controller is right by the ecu.

If all the connections are good (the ground is important), then it might just need to adjust the offset until the two readings match.

I checked my ground and its actually grounded to where the ecu bolts to the chassis. its a bare metal contact though with ring terminal.

I will probably just adjust the offset then to match them up.

thank you.
