Rtek what you think of the rtek7
what you think of the rtek7
i have a rx7 na and in the process to turbo it. i want to run the t2 ecu but chip it with rtek7. will it give me the broad range to make 500 hp. or what is its capacities.
I absoulutly love my 2.0. It gives me quite good contorl over the functions of the car. These functuions will get even better with the 2.1 update, coming (ahem) soon. It has great error checking abilities and is very helpful for finding faults in the system. The data loginging as great and the fact that you can tie it into a wideband makes that even easier.
I don't know if it can handle 500 though. it can control up to 4x720 injectors, allthough, i think you could run higher and tune the fuel around it.

well to start off... you will still have to run the stock afm...?!? but soon enoughit will be deleted.. soon enough.butas far as 500 ponies doubt it on stock internal map sensor and stock afm.
14 psi max and 800 cfm
you can run more boost but you cant tune the fuel after 14 psi (i run 1000cc secondaries to get by that little problem so theres plenty of fuel availabl)
after i get tuned some more and get boost at about 15 psi i should have near 330-350 hp

im happy with my 2.0.. i had a TII with a haltech in it, but i preferred the rtek. It is easier to work with, no bulky laptop needed, built-in base maps, datalogging, etc
youre limiting factor is going to be the AFM, it seems to start maxing out around 300rwhp. but the fuel maps are referenced to boost, so you can sorta get around that
