Ok,here is what I got.
I have a S5 TII,with omp deleted,running a RTEK 2.1,and 720x4.
Now,My problem is On the N/A harness.Do I need the 4 Solenoids that were on the Rat's nest?.do I need any of them?.(I would like to Cut the connectors off and clean up the wiring)
My Turbo is a Hybrid.it Has a Hose going from the compressor side to the Inlet side.Plastic tied.Do I need to tap into that?.it looks Weird..
Thanks Guys.I am Building this Car Through the "internet".My Buddies Talk a great Game, but have No "*****" to come out and show a NEWB how to Hook the **** up.maybe you can Help!.Thanks.STYX.

So you have a 2.1? are you a beta tester?

Anyway, your post says you are a newb and you have 5634 posts? If you are a newb, look up rats nest removal. If not well..........

I forgot to mention that Only the KEG is an S5..so I am running it as an S4..The RTEK is a 2.1 on a N333 Ecu.(the engine harness is On the s4 N/A car,and I am hooking it up to S4 TII parts,on the S5 TII keg).
...What does 5,000 posts have to Do with a NEWB?..I have run an N/A for 3 years...I am building a Freakin TII.(That, To me is NEW territory!).
All My Buddies start running TII's.So I Decide to build a TII out of my N/A..Poof!: they are "suddenly" too busy...amazing.
Now I am left with Getting info Off the Internet.
So,now,Is there anyone Who can help me out.Please?.Thank you!..Very much!

OK, if i understand this you are using just the s5 "keg" and s4 intakes, sensors, wires etc. If that is the case just treat it like a s4. Look up who has removed which part of the rats nest and how they liked it and adjust accordingly. As i'm sure you know you don't need the AVC or the EGR. Please find someing to use the EGR wire for with the ecu. I still don't know what im going to use it for when i can lose my EGR in only a few months (i hope) Decide if you wanna use the twin scroll, thats one 'noid. Egr should be on there as well. thats two. Hmm pulsation dampener? oh well cant think of the rest off of my head.

Anyway just look up rats nest removal. You will be fine.

If you are trying to use a TII ecu with an n/a harness, you need 3 things. You need (obviously) the ecu, the map sensor, and the TII afm. These are straight plug in items. There are only 2 differences between the n/a and the TII harnesses and these are pretty easy to figure out by looking at a factory service manual wiring diagram.

One thing to make sure of is the impendance of your injectors. If they are low impendance, you will need a resistor pack. These were installed on 86-87 cars behind the passenger side headlight. 88 and up had high impendance injectors and didn't use these. I don't know which S4 year model you have or what impendance your injectors are but you need to double check this.

..Scoop ..so far.

..so S5 TII keg.. trying to run it as an s4TII(s4 front cover OMP deleted.so Premixing) with the Rtek 2.1..S5 Hybrid turbo.Front mount IC.Greddy BOV. Ok..I am gonna just Plug everything up,except the Solenoids on the "non existing" rat's nest.
my injectors are taken care of(resistor pack) I have to De-pin the Power steering wire.
..Question: where does the Hose from the sensor on passenger strut tower(n318) next to the Variable resistor go?...remember I am using block offs.
I have found Most Connections So far.I'll post more as I get to work on it( the car is 15 miles away,sucks.).Thanks Gents.
there is another sensor in the passenger side Kick panel..I changed that TOO.(hooks to n/a Harness,I switched it out with a TII sensor).
..another question. Can I start up the car with the Regular N333 Ecu(with 720's X4),instead of the Rtek'ed ECU..(Just to start it up,) until I can read up on the Procedure for Start up With Rtek?.Thanks.,STYX.

Maf sensor n318 hose goes to one of the two nipples (hehe) on the block. One is on the ACV which if you have blocked off means you will need to either run a T to rear nipple. OR tapp a hose barb on your ACV block off plate.

Thanks Dog..appreciate it.
I am starting to Run Vaccum lines. What I "have" anyways.
I am stuck on Where to put the FPR hose.(Sard aftermarket FPR)
Also..Some Member Mentioned a BOOST solenoid?.(I am running an S5 Hyrbrid. The hose is attached, from the Compressor mouth to the Actuator.).Do I need a Solenoid there, and IF so,which Color of Connector do I use to activate the Solenoid?I removed the Rat's nest so All the connectors are there out in the open, with Nothing on them.
.I fully appreciate any Person's help on this.I am hoping to Drive this car before I get my Spinal Operation.( the car makes me get out of Bed to work on it!).Cheers STYX!~

Boost is probably the twin scroll Feature. It connects to the switching actuatuator that works the flapper on the turbo. (s4) S5 turbo shouldn't have that set up so you should be able to skip that one.
I know that the stock fuel pressure hose goes to the backside of the upper manifold but i don't know if the aftermaket one works the same as our stock ones.

Got a pict of the Sard? and where are you putting it. My car has caught fire (twice!) so im all ways curious.

Anyways, the FPR is mounted on that LIP on the Firewall.just above the clutch slave..Now,I know that everyone talks about Clutch Shrapnel taking it out,But IF I am running that much power,I must have won the Lottery and don't remember!
