NC RTEK and Palm problem, keeps resetting.

Have had my RTEK in my car for a year with no problems, then my engine started acting up and when I try to start it is hard to start or sometimes will not start. When it does start, if I hit the gas it bogs and dies.

I reset the ECU, and now every time I turn the key on, the palm gives me an error and says the ECU is resetting itself. Also, when I try to data log, I choose the perimeters I want, but still tries to include all the perimeters, and when I go back in that screen, they are all checked again.

What should I do?

Not saying this is your issue, but I had random ECU reversions when I ran RTEK. Pocketlogger took the unit in and replaced an EEPROM chip for good measure, didn't have an issue after that. To be clear though, my issue was once every few weeks, not an every day thing like yours seems to be. I would open a help ticket on their site, very helpful.
