Rtek HELP!

alright my fellow rotarians after 2 years of working out bugs and electrical issues my baby s5 (jdm swapped) t2 has finally breathed some life problem is my old n370 rtek 1.8 crapped out and I have a 2.1 in the car that was set up for a completely different car, i took the car to be tuned and the guy didn't know rotaries As well as the car having some unresolved problems, and I don't believe the tune was good but long story a little bit shorter...
setup: 91 (jdm) t2
Throttle body mod
Fuel pump walbro 255 straight wired
Ebay fpr
rc engineering 750cc primary/secondaries
Big turbonetics 60tr.
Aem uego wide band
1,500mi on fresh rebuild w/t large street port
I believe I need a street tune but all I'm looking for right now is drive ability, so the afr's are very erratic and im just not sure where to go from here... any help would be greatly appreciated!

Initialize the ECU using the software, set the 720/720 setting, lower the boost as low as it will go, and learn how to street tune.

It will need some work with a large street port. But I would never expect a tune from another car to even come close to working well.
