rtek with t2

I have a t2 with a large street port and high compression rotors being built. I was wondering how it would run with an rtek7 stage 2 or I need to do to make the start up smooth. Thanks

How it will run all depends on the tune that you enter in that Rtek.
The Rtek has a stock setting,If you are just starting it up then try it and see how it runs.
Then you can try another injector setting or whatever, adjust fuel and timing etc from there.
I wouldn't just click the buttons and attempt to drive the car.It may start fine but you will need to adjust the tune.

PS: there is an RTEK section..On forum.

If you look up SOLAREON (member) and go through his threads, you may be able to catch one called 300hp on an RTEK.
I am sure there was a Map on that.( I had it on paper, but damn!..you think I can find it???..nope!)

My Rtek experience was short lived.I had stock wiring issues,so it never did work right. It may be nice to have a programmable Ecu but if the wiring is **** then you get no where.
I went Haltech with the New harness..Yay..broke *** me.

Oh,the temp map(start up) was a little off so the car needed fuel to start and then lower fuel after it heated up...so the time was altered to get it to run right.
