Guess I'm going to experiment...

I finally got around to doing this. No luck. Beside the fact that my MAP sensor readings were significantly off, anytime I hit boost the car would instantly jerk (bog down), then proceed. I'm going to keep playing around though.

instead of teeing into the line and capping the original one off, I think I'm going to try swapping them (extending the solenoid's line).

Result - great! Just swap them, dont "tee" into it. I used the top vacuum port on the front of the throttle body BTW.

Using some longer tubing, I did the swap between:

-Top-front throttle body line that goes to the top of the vacuum spider rack
-Boost sensor line

The signal is a bit smoother under boost. Everywhere else, it's either equally noisy, or possibly more noisy. Response time seems to be the same. I don't consider the swap mod to be critically beneficial.

I added a restrictor pill at the boost sensor, and the signal is now smooth and excellent. The pulsations are about 20% of what they were.

I made the pill out of a vacuum plug using a needle, but I'd guess that it is 0.5mm.
