CA New Motor

I was interested in some info as to your ECU. I have an 88 t2 with new Rotary Performance Motor with street port, 550 cc primary 750 cc secondary. what will your ECU do for me performance wise. I have front mounted Intercooler and K&N air intake. I want to know what tune will work best for me, and should I use Rteck system.

Are you talking about the stage 2 version that allows you to tune it? http://www.pocketlogger.com/index.ph...age=2&ecu=S4T2

Any "performance" is up to you or whoever tunes it. If you're on the stock turbo, the main use is basically to make some tweaks to compensate for higher boost levels.

If you're talking about a stage 1 (1.7 w/ those injectors), then it's the only way to go. http://www.pocketlogger.com/index.ph...age=1&ecu=S4T2. FCDs and SAFCs are hack methods by comparison.

One quick question, what is the stock turbo capeable of making boost wise? 10 psi ? and should I switch to a better wategate to control the boost pressure? I'm going to run a manual boost controler . as the last electronic one failed and I had a boost spike and dteonated my rear rotor housing.
