I have my JAYCAR switch set at about 140 degrees.

140 might be a good start. Allthough I still think some sort of variable option might be nice.
I'm pretty sure i switch over at about 120 ish but don't have time to test that right now. My Turbo vert project is going to eat some time till i get a few things figured out.

Yep, its been added to the list for the next release of the TII 2.0. This will be the next release I'm working on (there will be an S5 NA MOP removal chip available in a week or so, then the 2.0 for S4 NA, then the next version for TII)
