Logging issues... Pocket logger resets

Anybody ever have the problem of the software resetting while in the logging screen? This have happened a few times now, where I'm on the log screen, just cruising. next when I look down all the parameters have reset and the only thing being displayed is the rpm. Then I have to go back in and reselect all the parameters.

Anyone encounter this before? how did you solve the matter?

I have also noticed that sometimes while this happens that I get a lean spot just cruising. Everything will be fine, then out of no where it creeps up to 16 and 18 sometimes at the leanest. If I step on the gas it goes away and I think the secondaries come on because then my afrs are around 12.5 - 13.

anyone? like to hear what everyone is experiencing or thinks of this situation

What palm are you using?
Do you have the latest software?
Have you tried hard resetting the palm and reloading the Rtek software?

The lean spot while cruising maybe an intermittent vacuum leak or your narrowband o2 maybe freaking out

I would do a delete-hotsync-reinstall.

Just prior to that issue starting, were the batteries in your Palm low enough so the palm would not turn on, but when you changed them, the program was still there?

I have noticed sometimes on my tungsten when i go into the ecu setup menu and scroll past the idle setup tab it will dork up the logging screen. Backing out completely of the program and loading it back up seems to do the trick

What do you mean "scroll past the idle setup"?

Also what version are you running?

I don't remember. It only happened with the old version. Haven't seen it with the newest version

scrolling past = tapping on the tab under ecu setup and hitting the check box then unchecking it.

That has been an issue in the past. Should be fixed now.

I'm using a sony clie T615C. Problem popped up again, while I was driving from LA to SD.
I will try re-installing the software to see if that fixes the issue.
