Inconsistent Inj. D/C values

Sometimes when viewing a log my injector duty cycles are at a perfectly normal value...then by either scrolling up or reopening the log the duty cycle has DOUBLED. Close the log..reopen it...and they are back to normal. What's the deal? This is while viewing the log on the palm.

You know that the ECU halves the D/C when the secondaries come on? Could it be you are seeing this?

It's throughout the rpm range, secondaries flagged or not.

Have even seen values over 100% before the secondary transition with my sec rpm set to 3000rpm. This is with 720cc primaries on a t04b hybrid.

Are you tapping the screen to see D/C at a particular point? Can you upload the log?

The way the DC works is it takes the RPM value and the injector PW value and calculates it in real time. There can be some anomalies with this depending on when the samples were taken. It's not uncommon to see oddities near RPM or TPS transitions like gear changes because the RPM or P/W may have updated before the other. Say the RPM gets updated first, right at a gear change...the RPM may have dropped but the P/W didn't get updated to match so it ends up calculated a brief but very high D/C value.

Uploaded to my pc and looked at a log there..things get even stranger. When viewing duty cycle on my palm the plot is the same as injector p/w just with a different value. However once uploaded...the DC map is different from the PW map. Which value should I trust?
