SC having some issues

So I just got done installing the Rtek 1.8 in the S4 TII, I did a self install because I have had a decent amount of work soldering, I did get a professional to remove the two main chips because he had a vaccuum style de soldering gun. I put the J600 jumper into j601 as the directions say, I am running 720's and 1000 secondaries. Now I question my ability to do a self install, but I want to eliminate possibility of something else that might be of a different issue. I ran the stockers and 720 secondaries prior to, but I ran it rich due to the lack of wideband (should be getting this week, damn you low income job and school and bills..)

prior to it ran pretty decent accept the secondary transition hesitation. Fresh motor, stock turbo, stock intercooler, RB catback, 3" db, lack of cats, lack of any sort of emissions, no ps or ac, rats nest removal. FCD.

only ran the car while it was warming up, but the idle would pulse maybe by 75 rpms, without load it would rev just fine, it was holding an idle a little lower than what I was previously (previously around 1050, now down to about 650) as well as it did not sound like the timing was off. car would bog or there was a great lack in power

Tomorrow after school and work im going to buy a new fuel filter (I do premix), as well as a fuel pressure gauge, hopefully order the wideband, and check timing.

Any suggestions to possible problems?

Is your question about the lower idle speed? Since you had the injectors out and replaced them I would make double sure that the Injector seals are in place and not leaking air. They can be a bugger sometimes.

So I checked the timing after it warmed up..and it was off by probably 5 degree's, and the oddball about it was that the trailing mark was the same as the leading mark... I'm thinking I messed up the chipping process.

Most likely NOT a chip problem in my humble opinion. I'd suggest making sure the rpms are well under 1100rpm when checking and also that the water temperature of the engine is fullyu hot before checking.

I kept the rpms around 900, and I am pretty sure it was warm enough. im going to try it again tonight and plug up the diagnostic pins..got to buy some new led's though.
