Dead battery - will my tune still be there?

Hi everyone, I have a rtek on my 88AE's ECU, but it's lost battery charge and has been sitting for a while. Does anyone know if my old tune will still be saved in the rtek memory, or will I have to re-tune the ecu once the battery is back online and power is restored?

Unfortunately, I've also let my palm pilot lose battery and after checking, the tune/rtek software is not there anymore, which is why I'm hoping that the rtek chip will still have it saved.
