can a good cell phone work, palm cell

i was wondering the rtek site has not updated there list. what new cell phones work with rtek. and if i turbo my s4 na with a turbo 2 s4 which ecu should i chip.

All the *Palm based* Treo's starting with the 650 and later work. Windows based treos do not.
