Styletap is the way to go now. Rtek got the user friendliness it was lacking in the old pda tech, not to mention better resolution :-)

What steps do I have take to communicate with the RTEK now?

I never was a 'tech guy' so if somebody can take me through it I would appreciate it.
I knew enough to basically set up the RTEK and get the car going,but I get someone who knows what they are doing to punch numbers.

I assume you are talking about HP : Support

PalmOS support has been gone for years. WebOS was the newer Palm devices around 2011/2012 that never took off and has nothing to do with PalmOS.

Nothing new here...
