Break up at 5100 and up...Ideas?

I plugged in Solareon's map on this link here: https://www.rx7club.com/rtek-forum-168/proof-you-can-break-300hp-rtek-2-1-a-884773/
My Mods are Pretty well teh same as what he ran with this map
MY setup is:
S5Steetported keg in an S4 with N/A harness,Bnr Stage 3,750/1000 cc,Modded TB,FMIC.Boost is STOCK@6psi and no controller hooked up.No knock sensor as it is an s4 N/A harness.
My idle is good:I can put it down to 800 or dial up..no problem,it is Settable anywhere..AFR's at idle: about 11-12
Cruise in 5th at 14.5 or so.
I noticed that the Innovate gauge will go to 21.9 when I let off the gas.I noticed that when I was coming to a stop light in town.
Rtek shows Trailing Coil Failure when I check Errors.(even though I have changed the coil out 3 times)..It wont show the failure until after I get the car back in the driveway.IN the driveway I get no errors.
The Car will get up and GO,but as soon as I hit about 5k it will just Studder,..like Badabadabadabada..It doesn't BUCK( like a TPS problem).
Can anyone give me a Tip,Idea.anything?,on how or what to look for?
Thanks in advance Guys,Cheers Styx!~

Is this under boost, or under any conditions? What AFR when it stumbles? Do you have a log?

it is when it is under Boost..Like if you accelerate and go up the power band of the gear(sharply) and then it hits that "wall",badabadabadabada. It seems to be at that same Rpm Point and I don't want to "ride the car" if is doing that.I just don't take it up that High.
It acts fine in low rpms.
lately it Hot starts,,Like zero fuel,(no gas on plugs)But Spray ether and Voila,it starts and runs..
weird ****!.
When starting cold it will roll over like 10 times and then catch..takes a bit to keep going but it eventually will idle on its own.

What does the wideband say when it's hesitating? I'm guessing it goes lean? Log with the RPM and boost indexes selected, and try to narrow down what cells of the fuel map it's happening.

Adjust the startup fuel if it's not starting easily. I just switched to 720 primaries, and the auto-adjustments to the start map took out a little too much fuel. I've adjusted it to about 21ms tapering down to 5 ms at the hottest, and it seems to be working well. It will catch within ~5 revolutions.

Here is the troubleshooting for code 12 (trailing ignition)

According to the service manual, when this code comes up the trailing ignition is disabled completely as failsafe. That's certainly not helping anything.

I've replaced the coil 3 times to see if it was a bad coil..no difference.
It is Funny that this happened when I Put the Map into the Rtek,as I had NO map in it before and was running 750x4.
.RR,I am gonna adjust the Start up fuel, to see if the car will respond better on Hot Start.
