if i can how much boost can i apply to it?

There isn't really any inexspensive ways to change the compression on a Rotary engine. Please do some searching on how these engines work, and you will find the Rotary loves the turbo.........

i have and i have have been getting mixed answers on the subject so thats why im asking... its a yes or no question

There are a lot of people running turbo 12As without changing compression (Sam included (bad 83)). So that should answer that question.

i have done tons of turbo motors with the stock compression and they ran great
