my kid picked up a 10th anniversary with a blown engine.we took it apart and streetported the engine. car is all stock with the exception of the ported engine and some exhaust I fabricated for it. car runs 13.9@101mph on its 3rd run.. this was done on factory wheels and tires. cars has tons of more in it. alot of wheel slipping. car broke engine mount, diff mount and rear axle.. to be continue.. here are some vids of the run. not the best quality, but its there..

I'll continue to tweak it and try to get a 12second run with the stock turbo.. im glad im having some kinda of fun.. car was driving by my kid..

yes roan, got rid of the vert and picked up this 10th anniversary. and yes, she was driving..

 

Looks geat. Having fun is what it's all about. I can't wait till my kid is old enough to get into racing. He's only 2 and thinks he can drive already. LOL.

What did the red first gen run? Got any vids or specs on that one?

Also, whats the latest on your rx3?

 

red first gen, belongs to jon, from "Goopy Apex seals" first gen is running a 6 port bridgeport on nitrous and has run a PB of 11.00@122mph. my Rx3 is done and we did some all motor runs. ran a few mid 10 second runs all motor. when I turned the nitrous on, car will not stay in its own lane...

 

Damn, 10 seconds all motor, that's flying! Maybe you should just pac the bottle up and go for the all motor record. Got any vids of your 3?

 

if it wasn't that I have so much time invested on my nitrous set up, i would take it off and play with the all motor. but at this point I gotta see what this car will do with nitrous..

 

Looks like you guys are having a blast!!! It's funny because everytime I have gone to Island Dragway, I always see you guys testing, gotta be lots of fun to hang out with your kids racing.
